Toonen Properties is currently seeking a full-time Application Processor in Green Bay. We are an independent and family-owned company that values our employees. Responsibilities:

Process all rental applications consistently, following written application criteria.
Obtain the rental application through Rent Manager (online or scanned paper form).
Ensure the application fees are paid in full prior to processing ($25 per adult applicant).
Verify credit history, rental history, criminal background, employment/income, vehicle condition, etc.
Process Emotional Support Animal requests.
Follow company policies, fair housing laws and regulations, and landlord/tenant laws.
Update managers on application status.
Accept or deny the application.

Requirements:

Familiar with Fair Housing Laws and Rent Manager is preferred, but not required.
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a friendly and helpful attitude.
