Responsibilities:
- Process all rental applications consistently, following written application criteria.
- Obtain the rental application through Rent Manager (online or scanned paper form).
- Ensure the application fees are paid in full prior to processing ($25 per adult applicant).
- Verify credit history, rental history, criminal background, employment/income, vehicle condition, etc.
- Process Emotional Support Animal requests.
- Follow company policies, fair housing laws and regulations, and landlord/tenant laws.
- Update managers on application status.
- Accept or deny the application.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Fair Housing Laws and Rent Manager is preferred, but not required.
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a friendly and helpful attitude.
