Seasonal Snow Removal Laborer

Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multi-family apartment communities, is hiring dependable snow removal laborers and plow operators in Green Bay, WI. Help keep apartment communities, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and other local properties safe and accessible throughout the winter season. This is a hands-on outdoor role with opportunities for higher starting pay, professional growth, and full-time employment.

Responsibilities Include:

Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and apartment communities using shovels and snow blowers.
Operate plow trucks and apply ice-melt products as needed to support safe winter property maintenance.
Operate skid steers and other snow-removal equipment for qualified candidates; plow and skid-steer experience is a plus.
Respond promptly to snow-removal service calls, often on short notice and in adverse weather conditions.
Maintain equipment, follow safe work practices, and report issues or property damage.

What We Are Looking For:

Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in cold and snowy conditions.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Flexible availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and changing winter weather conditions.
Valid driver's license; CDL, plow-truck experience, and skid-steer experience are a plus.
Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a responsive winter maintenance team.

Pay, Bonus and Growth:

Pay: $35-$40 per hour; candidates with more experience may start at a higher rate.
Season completion bonus available for team members who stay through the winter.
