Toonen Consulting is partnering with Easy Home Sale, a growing real estate investment company, to hire a Business Relationship Manager to join their team.
This role focuses on real estate lead generation, relationship building, and sourcing off-market deal opportunities through agents, brokers, wholesalers, referral partners, and community networking.
The Business Relationship Manager acts as the bridge between the company and the local real estate community, helping generate motivated seller leads, probate real estate opportunities, referral partnerships, and investment properties.
Success in this role comes from consistently building relationships, maintaining strong follow-up, attending networking events, and staying top of mind with industry professionals.

What You’ll Do
Relationship Development
• Build relationships with real estate agents, brokers, wholesalers, attorneys, probate contacts, and referral partners
• Attend real estate networking events, investor meetups, and community events
• Generate referral-based real estate leads and off-market opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources and industry contacts
Real Estate Lead Generation & Deal Sourcing
• Generate motivated seller leads and off-market deal opportunities
• Identify potential investment properties through networking and referrals
• Assist in sourcing wholesale, flip, rental, and investment opportunities
• Work alongside acquisitions to evaluate incoming deals
Partnership & Pipeline Management
• Build and maintain a database of referral partners and lead sources
• Track outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation efforts in CRM
• Develop long-term relationships that consistently generate deal flow
Ideal Backgrounds

Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation
• $60,000 base salary
• $350 per closed deal
• Expected earnings: $70,000 – $80,000+
