Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multi-family apartment communities, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Appleton.

Maintenance Responsibilities and Requirements:

Perform general maintenance in apartments, hallways, and common areas.
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
Repair and replace appliances as needed.
Conduct minor plaster, paint, carpentry, and cabinetry repairs.
Maintain garage doors, fences, siding, and roofs.
Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Take the initiative to resolve issues.
Assist with resident events both during and after business hours.
Participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage (approximately one week every four weeks, with additional pay and bonuses).
Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Toonen Companies Offers:

On-call bonus pay.
$250 for regular weeks.
$300 for holiday weeks.
Overtime pay for all on-call hours during regular weeks.
Double-time pay for all on-call hours during holiday weeks.
Company vehicle may be taken home during on-call rotations.
