Maintenance Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Perform general maintenance in apartments, hallways, buildings, and common areas.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
- Repair and replace appliances as needed.
- Conduct minor plaster, paint, carpentry, and cabinetry repairs.
- Maintain garage doors, fences, siding, and roofs.
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Take the initiative to resolve issues.
- Assist with resident events both during and after business hours.
- Participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage (approximately one week every four weeks, with additional pay and bonuses).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- A company maintenance van is provided during work and on-call hours.
Eligible for an on-call bonus:
- $250 for regular weeks.
- $300 for holiday weeks.
- Overtime pay for all on-call hours during regular weeks.
- Double-time pay for all on-call hours during holiday weeks.
