Landscape Technician

Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multifamily apartment communities, is hiring a full-time seasonal Grounds Maintenance and Landscape Technician in Green Bay, WI.

This hands-on role supports lawn care, landscaping, outdoor property maintenance, snow removal, and ice management across our apartment communities. You will work as part of a dependable grounds crew that keeps properties clean, attractive, safe, and ready for residents and guests in every season.

Responsibilities:

Perform general grounds maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal property maintenance.
Maintain landscaping, flower beds, lawns, and outdoor common areas.
Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, entrances, and other high-traffic areas.
Operate and maintain landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal equipment.
Work outdoors in changing weather conditions throughout the year.
Help keep multifamily apartment communities clean, safe, attractive, and well-maintained.
Report equipment issues, property concerns, or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements:

Positive attitude, strong attendance, and dependable work habits.
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions.
Experience operating a skid steer, Toolcat, and mini excavator preferred.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
Valid driver's license required.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday.
7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pay & Benefits:

$25-$28 per hour (those with more experience may start at a higher rate).
