Housekeeper / Apartment Cleaner – Appleton, WI

Toonen Properties is hiring a dependable, full-time Housekeeper / Apartment Cleaner for our Appleton properties. In this role, you’ll help keep apartments, hallways, and shared spaces clean, welcoming, and ready for residents.

What You’ll Do

Clean apartments, hallways, and common areas at our Appleton properties.
Clean and prepare apartments for move-in by assigned deadlines.
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
Let your supervisor know about resident concerns or property issues you notice.
Help with resident events and celebrations.
Take on other duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed.
A friendly, helpful, and professional approach to residents and teammates.
Reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
Good organization and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to pitch in.

Housekeeping, janitorial, hotel cleaning, or apartment-cleaning experience is helpful, but a dependable attitude and willingness to learn are important.
